How long are the classes
Most of our classes are 45 – 60 minutes long. However, we may offer shorter 30-minute express classes and longer 90-minute sessions for certain types of workouts. Check our schedule for specific class durations.
Are the classes suitable for beginners
Yes, our classes are suitable for all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced participants. Our instructors will tailor the class to ensure everyone feels comfortable and challenged appropriately.
What should we bring to the class
We recommend wearing comfortable workout clothes and bringing a water bottle and a towel. All necessary equipment will be provided by the studio.
Do you offer private group classes for special occasions
Yes, we offer private group classes for special occasions such as birthdays, bachelorette parties, corporate events, family reunions, and more. We can add special touches to make your event memorable.

Guest passes are allowed only on our Membership plans.
How do I prepare for my class
To make the most of your FitHive class, here are a few tips to help you prepare:
- Hydrate: Drink plenty of water before your class to stay hydrated throughout your workout.
- Fuel Up: Have a light snack 30-60 minutes before class to give you the energy you need.
- Dress Comfortably: Wear breathable, comfortable clothing and supportive footwear.
- Arrive Early: Arrive at least 15 minutes before your class starts to check in and set up your bike or workout station.
- Bring Essentials: Don’t forget your water bottle, towel, and any other workout essentials.
- Listen to Your Body: During class, listen to your body and take breaks as needed. Push yourself, but know your limits.
- Have Fun: Most importantly, have fun and enjoy the experience!

How do I book/sign up for a class
Signing up for a class is easy! You can register through our online booking system on our website or via our mobile app. Simply choose your desired class, date, and time, and follow the prompts to complete your booking.
Do I need to be a member to attend classes
No, you don’t need to be a member to attend our classes. We offer drop-in rates for non-members, as well as class packages, and memberships for those who want to attend regularly.
How early should I arrive before my class
We recommend arriving at least 10-15 minutes before your class starts. This gives you time to check in, change if needed, and settle into the studio before the class begins.
If you are late, your spot may be replaced with someone on the waitlist.
